2026 Updates

New Board Objectives

New ACC Guidelines

The ACC is expected to approve a small change to ACC Guidelines, including outdoor lamps, with three approved light fixtures at its meeting Tuesday, July 7, 6 PM.
The change states any alterations to the original dwelling hardware and accessories must be consistent with  community-wide standards. All original door hardware, window frames, exterior lighting fixtures, street numbers, gutters, downspouts, etc. may not be changed in appearance. Any replacement due to malfunction, wear and tear, etc. must match the original appearance as closely as possible.
There are three approved light fixtures to replace current outdoor wall lighting fixtures. They are as follows:
  • Quiozel Knox – 2. Available at Lowes. (Not recommended for Capri homes as they hang lower to the ground.)
  • Mirrea 14” Classic Outdoor Wall Sconce 1 Light in Matte Black. Available on Amazon.
  • Maple Street black, outdoor, wall-mount, die-cast, wall lantern sconce.  Available at Home Depot.

Maggie B. Seeks a New Home

The kitten who was rescued from the Magnolia Bay Gardens preserve is looking for a home.
ACC Chairman Trent Sehnert rescued the kitten and took her to a cat rescue organization where he volunteers in West Palm, the Adopt a Cat Foundation.   If anyone is interested in adopting or helping with her care, they can reach out to Trent or the foundation at https://www.adoptacatfoundation.org.
“She is doing great, though still a little scared, but loves pets and has a loud purr,” said Trent.
Since she was found here, Trent and Sarah Borgman have named her Maggie B. (short for Magnolia Bay).

Altogether, 119 Magnolia Bay Gardens homeowners responded to the electronic survey, nearly two-thirds of the community. Information developed from the results will be considered by the Board as it develops initiatives in the coming months.
In addition, homeowners included a total of more than 500 comments about Magnolia Bay Gardens.
