Magnolia Bay Work Order System Updated

For residents who would like to request a work order, the Triton Enumerate Engage system can assist residents. (Note: Residents using this procedure must sign up to the Triton website.)
First, homeowners who have registered for the Magnolia Bay Gardens website must click “Owner Portal” on the upper right side of the home page. This will take homeowners to Triton’s portal page for Magnolia Bay, where they can log in or create their account.
On the next page, click “Online Forms” (top photo) under “For Residents.” Next, click “New Service Request,” which will bring you to a page with your street address and the listed options (second photo) under the “Category” dropdown menu. Choose your preferred service.
To provide further information, add a summary and details in the appropriate boxes. Reference images can be imported through the last link; then hit “Submit.”
You will receive an email confirmation of the service ticket entering the Triton data base, from which the property manager can create a work order.
Through this system, owners also can make their quarterly payments. Click the “Make a Payment” blue box on the Triton home page (top photo) and follow the directions.
